The doctors pre-evaluation was focused on family’s medical history. It felt off topic and got a little too personal for a doctor I’ve met for the first time. Then I felt pressured into getting birth control even though I expressed serious disinterest and anxiety about it due to my terrible experiences with birth control in the past.
I had a Pap smear and the results were inconclusive so I had to come back in. I had to reschedule and tried to called the office at least 5-6 times until someone finally answered the phone.
When I came in for my redo papsmear, I had to wait like 20 minutes in the doctors office which was way too long for a quick Pap smear. Sorry blossom.

All of the staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Martinez answered all questions and made me feel comfortable as a new patient.

She was great! Dr. Green was kind and listened to her patient. I appreciate her addressing my issues immediately. She was thorough and insightful. If you’re looking for a top tier NP please give her a visit. :)

Instead of talking me into getting all kinds of test done that I didn’t need, she listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice which saved me tons of money. Only down side is that I had to wait for about 45 minutes before she saw me but she seemed busy and definitely was worth the wait. 10/10 recommend

Dr. Martinez and every single person working in her office are all absolutely fantastic. I had been putting off pelvic exams for years after a bad experience with a previous provider so I was very nervous when I arrived for my appointment, but Dr. Martinez was so warm and kind and extremely empathetic to my concerns. My lab results came back quickly and her office helped coordinate appointments with other providers for the follow ups I need -- they've been so helpful and present even though my appointment is over. I'm so so thrilled that I got to meet Dr. Martinez and that she's helped me overcome some major anxiety for my future appointments -- I'm actually really looking forward to to seeing all of their smiling faces again!

I was expecting to see Dr. Martinez that day, but instead I was seen by NP Green. I did not mind it since I've always trusted my past OBGYNs. My visit at this location was not as I expected it.
There was NO connection between the patient's concerns and the practitioner from the start.
When felt discomfort and pain, NP Green didn't apologize even though I said that "it hurt" instead it seemed that it annoyed her.
Did not address my concerns in a proper manner and did not take my symptoms serious when we spoke about my FMLA for my job. (We barely spoke about my symptoms)
I felt that I was getting shut down every time I'd ask a question or explained my discomfort. (I do not visit a GYN everyday, so I do not know certain terminologies and if I have a question about something is because I have the right to know, and to be educated about it. It is my body after all).
I felt that I was not seen by an expert in this field.
This is something that hasn't happened to me before. My visits with other doctors have always been careful and caring. That was not the case for this visit. I received a mediocre care that day. I was embarrassed and felt very saddened afterwards and the type of treatment I received is something I do not wish to any female to ever go through.
I never want to see this person again.

Waiting time was ridiculous when everything only takes 5-10mins to do. I could’ve been in and out in 15mins max.

Anastasia, the Nurse Practitioner was amazing! We talked as if we were friends and she let me know everything she would be doing. Very thorough and answers all of your questions. Every other stuff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful!
